Laramie Family Counseling is proud to announce that we have added a new counselor to the practice! Brittany is originally from Indiana but moved to Wyoming in order to complete her Bachelor's in Psychology. She then attended Liberty University for her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling where she was able to obtain education on both secular, and Christian counseling methods!
Brittany completed her internship with Laramie Family Counseling this past year (2021) and proved to be a valuable team member. She has been granted her PPC by the state of Wyoming as well as her national certification in counseling (NCC) and is ready to start seeing new clients!
Brittany has experience with all age groups and currently is working a lot with young adults and children. She believes that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and holistic. Each session to the specific client but Brittany has worked a lot with CBT, DBT, play therapy, and Christian based counseling (if desired).
